The "no thank you bite"

Okay, I'm not sure where I heard this, but at some point, I picked up the "no thank you bite". Addison eats very well, but has never really taken to vegetables...so I have finally decided that she is old enough to "try" to eat what is on her plate, or she doesn't get anything else...

Here was our first attempt...with cheesy mashed potatoes.

P.S. I'm not sure she is really our child...Jae and I LOVE anything with cheese!!!!
