Frosty the Small Snowman
We didn't make a big snowman yesterday while playing in the snow, and come to find out...we should have. Addison saw a big snowman in one of her books, and decided we should go out during Quenton's nap (her only one-on-one time) to build a snowman. Little did we know that the snow was no longer wet enough! So, our snowman is a little on the small side. They say big things come in small packages, right?

Baby, it's COLD outside!
It started snowing, as predicted, around 9:00 this morning. It hasn't stopped yet...but surprisingly enough, we only have about an inch or inch and a half so far. But, it is supposed to continue through the night and tomorrow also. Addison has had a fever for 36 hours, but I had promised her that we could play in the snow. Since there wasn't quite enough snow on the ground to build a snowman, Addison built a baby snowman! Hope everyone got a little taste of this wintery weather!!! I LOVE it!!!

Where does she come up with this stuff???
One of the funniest stories to date...
I am putting Addison's socks on yesterday and they were new, so they were a little big. I pulled them all the way up, and...
Addie: "NOOOOO, Mommy! No! They go down here!" (pointing to her ankle rather than almost to her knee where I had them)
Me: "Addie, it's okay...they are just a little bigger than some of the other socks."
Addie: "NOOOOO! Mommy...I look like a Grandpa!!!"
Absolutely flipping hilarious!!!

Still Catching Up...
So...now that I have added Christmas pictures, there are 7 posts below...I'm playing catch-up. Check all of them...there is some fun stuff!
Christmas in Texas
We had a WONDERFUL Christmas in Texas!!! It was so much fun to watch how excited Addison was to see the goodies that Santa brought her! It was even sweeter to see how happy she was that Quenton got what he wanted, too!
I love everything about gifts...giving them, getting them, and now it is an entirely different world - a better world...watching Addison's face light up, while she screams "mommy, its what I've always wanted" (even if she's never seen the toy before!). Christmas is so amazing through the eyes of a child! I LOVE IT!
I'm sorry there are so many pictures...I just couldn't narrow them down.
