Tis the season...to be baking!
We are going to an adult Christmas party at a friend's home tomorrow, so I wanted to make a peppermint cheesecake and creme de menthe brownies to take over. Addison LOVES to help me! And, if you we're checking on us this time last year, you'd see the same apron, that my friend Lisa made Addison for Christmas. She LOVES it! She started squeeling this year when I pulled it out of the Christmas decorations.

A morning in the snow!
Much like everyone else, we got a little bit of snow this past Saturday morning. Jae was hunting, so I took the babies out to play in the snow. This was Quenton's first ever snow, and Addison's first time to remember or be excited about snow. The only problem...we don't have any "snow clothes". So, I layered them as much as I could, and sent them out into the cold. Addison LOVED playing in the snow, but only lasted about 15 minutes until her fingers began to "hurt" from the cold. Quenton explored for about one minute, and decided it was no fun. Bryant may have had the most fun of all...

Gingerbread Pictures...
Daddy's still got it...
Jae's company is divided into two different offices, known as East and West. So, East and West decided to have a Flag Football Game...and of course Jae was happy to head everything up! He was SO excited to get back into flag football! Needless to say, Jae's still got it. He did great, helping his team win! Addison was even more excited! She screamed and hollered for him the entire game. Saying things like "catch the ball, daddy!", "its okay, daddy...you can do better next time", "way to go daddy, woo-woo!" and "yay, touchdown!" It was ABSOLUTELY freezing...so we were pretty bundled up watching the game...

Dinner with Santa...
Addison has had quite a few opportunities to see Santa this year! She is amazed how one Santa can be in SO many places! I love the sweet innocence of this age! She was able to have dinner with Santa and two of her best friends on Thursday night. She continues to ask Santa for a pink "cramera" (camera), a reindeer movie, and the hamster house (which by the way is THE hardest thing ever to find!). She ate dinner, danced and played with friends, and then headed over to Santa's Village, where Santa lives. She had an absolute BLAST! Quenton continues to be intrigued by Santa, not knowing exactly what to think. He doesn't cry, though...so I guess he likes him? If I had to read his mind...he's asking for a bulldozer ride-on toy, a popping train, a hamster in a ball, and some fridge toys. Hopefully Santa will pull through on these requests!!! Sorry there are so many pictures...they're just too cute to pass up!

P.S. Thank you Jill for the Village pictures!!!!

Addie's Preschool Christmas Program
Addison's preschool hosts a Christmas program for all the children ages 2 1/2 up through kindergarten. She was in it last year, but it is so amazing to see the difference a year can make! She has been so excited for about 2 weeks now, and has been walking around the house practicing her song..."Christmas Hide and Seek"
It was absolutely adorable!
